My Review:
This book was great. I love Amish books and this was my first Mennonite book to read. It sounds silly but it actually was a little bit different. This was also the first book of either kind that had so much drama and suspense in it. I really enjoyed that part. Of course there is romance and a special tenderness to Amish books that I love.
The book starts with the main female character, Hope, being ran off the road in her buggy by a driver who has been harassing others in the area. This suspenseful moment is followed by many others. I really enjoyed this book and will look forward to other books from Nancy Mehl.
